A restaurant’s flow starts behind the scenes. We begin with the kitchen, according to its size, layout and the necessary workflow. The menu will often determine how the space must be laid out, and we design accordingly to ensure your chefs can move efficiently to keep the service running smoothly, in visually compelling spaces.

Storage, prep areas and cooking stations are planned to minimise wasted movement. From there, we shift focus to the front of house, where customer flow, lighting and acoustics are all arranged to create an outstanding experience while keeping staff movement unobstructed.

Speed matters in the QSR environment. Every second saved in food prep translates into faster service and shorter queues. We refine kitchen layouts to reduce wasted motion, streamline workflows, maintain food quality under pressure and ensure visually striking places. It’s vital to create a well-balanced system that prevents bottlenecks, neither understaffed nor overcrowded, that is also visually compelling and attractive to both staff and customers.

Ordering points, collection areas and customer flow are placed with efficiency and visual appeal in mind, allowing the operation to scale up or down as needed.
